• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options based on your location:

📍 Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Self Collect option available - at Clementi / Bukit Batok/ Balmoral Plaza

🌍 International Shipping - Not available at the moment.

Delivery times may vary based on the destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  

Incorrect Shipping Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer must cover reshipping fees.
