2. Product Information & Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
  • Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including booster packs, boxes, and individual cards, are sold as-is.
  • Booster packs and sealed products are factory-sealed and randomly packed by manufacturers. We do not guarantee specific cards.
  • Pre-order items will ship as per manufacturer release dates. If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship separately or together.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in SGD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.
  • We are not responsible for third-party payment processing errors or fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, especially after a product has been opened.
  • In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details for review.
  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects in sealed products or for packaging variations.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, logos, and content on this website are the property of CC Collectibles and may not be used without permission.
